“We started our house hunting journey with Wendy, looking for a lakefront property.”
We would travel from LI to PA and Wendy would be very organized having 4-5 properties lined up and scheduled for us to look at, making each visit so efficient. She was extremely patient with us in our search, and always available via email or text for questions. We finally found our dream Lakehouse thanks to Wendy! We absolutely could not have done this on our own, she was able to negotiate the best deal possible and was our eyes and ears when we couldn’t be there in person. If you’re looking for a home, do not hesitate to reach out to her!!

HONEST! She is completely knowledgeable about the area and the HOA's. She educated herself about the building and septic system codes and was able to stop us from buying a home that was falsely advertised and would not meet code or HOA requirements. She is great at knowing where to look in a home for its faults and was always completely honest with us. After months of looking, she found us a lake front home that would meet our family's needs. Great communicator. Walked us through the negotiations and settlement. Highly recommend.
